World Mental Health Day!!
Today is World Mental Health Day. Although many people aren’t aware, this day is important whether it’s to provide additional support to a loved one who is suffering with a mental illness, or whether it’s to allow yourself to give more attention to your mental health. Depression and anxiety are the most common mentioned mental health challenges. Both are not curable, but both are manageable. Symptom management is important and therapy is a very effective method to learn how to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety.
