Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are designed to allow individuals to work with their therapist in a one on one setting. This service is offered to teens, adults, and older adults either in the office or via video counseling. Individual therapy can help address symptoms of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. Individuals who are struggling with setting boundaries, healthy communication, expressing feelings and emotions or experiencing other life changes can also benefit from individual therapy.


Couples Therapy

Couples therapy sessions ideally involve the therapist working with the couple to address challenges they may face as a unit. These sessions are designed to allow the couple to explore their strengths, weaknesses, and build healthier relationships.
